Swaastya facilities Rooms
In Swaasthya we have 8 simple neat rooms with attached bathrooms.
Rooms are equipped with
• anti-mosquito nets,
• fans,
• intercom
Television and A/C not available due to special restrictions during Panchakarma purification.
Yoga hall
Here we conduct morning yoga classes, pranayama and meditation classes, lectures and workshops on Ayurveda, Healthy life style, Vedic traditions etc.
Library
Thanks to our guests our library collection is growing each year. We have books in English, Hindi, Kannada, Russian, French, Spanish, German, Ukrainian, Italian languages.
Internet
We provide WiFi internet access at nominal charge. We encourage our guests to restrict use of Internet to 30-60 minutes a day to minimize interference with treatment course.
Mini-shop
Guests can order and purchase Ayurveda medicines, health care and beauty products presented at Swaasthya mini-shop
Swaasthya grounds
Our territory is 4 acres where guests can enjoy a picturesque pond, lots of flowers and greenery. They can walk among coffee and pepper plantations. Play badminton, table games, rent swaasthya bicycles for riding in and around Swaasthya.
